Experience of the ITB_Indonesia iGEM 2015 team.

Experience of the CIEI-China iGEM 2017-High school team.

The iGEM 2017 CIEI-China team used this promoter and RBS to express BBa_K2322002，BBa_K2322003, BBa_K2322005，BBa_K2322006 and BBa_K2322008 for ScTPS1, gltB and SpTPS1 enzyme production which can enhance tolerance in hypertonic environments in yeast GS115
This shows that the promoter can be induced for BBa_K2322002, BBa_K2322003, BBa_K2322005, BBa_K2322006, and BBa_K2322008
